Your content
Your flashcards, images, recordings and other content remain yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to run the service: storing your content, syncing it to your devices, and processing it through the AI and audio features you invoke.
Acceptable use
Don't use Saku to store or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is uploaded to abuse the service (including attempts to circumvent fair-usage limits). We may remove such content or suspend accounts that do this.
AI-generated content
AI-generated cards can contain mistakes. Verify anything important — Saku is a study aid, not a source of truth.
Subscriptions
Some features (such as connecting external AI assistants to your library) may require a paid plan. Prices and terms are shown before you pay; subscriptions are managed through the platform you purchased on.
Service, warranty, liability
Saku is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Termination
You can stop using Saku and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
