Common questions
My cards are not syncing
Saku studies offline and syncs when it can. Check that you are signed in under Settings, then open the app with a connection and give it a moment. Nothing is lost while you are offline.
I want to delete my account
You can do it yourself in the app. See deleting your Saku account for the steps and what gets erased.
I want to cancel Premium
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
